Pepper1.io SARL, Rue Soumaya RCE Shehrazade 3, ETG 5 N 22, Casablanca, Morocco (RC Casa No. 397579, CNSS No. 2079385, ICE No. 002020686000001) may take part in certain international assignments.
These terms apply to any visit to the site, any contact or brief form, and any request for information about Pepper1 products and services.
They do not replace a licence agreement, a purchase order, P4th Academy training terms, or a Pepper1.io delivery contract.
The site presents iSi, SIMPAS, Chatouille, ilovemy.jobs, Yufi, P4th Academy and Pepper1.io delivery. Descriptions, screenshots, indicative prices and examples are provided for information only.
Final features, availability, prices and timelines appear in the applicable offer or contract. A trial, demo or quote binds Pepper1 only after written confirmation.
You agree to use the site lawfully, without harming Pepper1’s or third parties’ systems, content or rights.
Abusive scraping, submitting unlawful content through forms, or using published information in a misleading way is not allowed.
Texts, trade marks, logos, visuals, videos and software on the site remain the property of Pepper1 or their respective owners. Unauthorised reproduction, extraction or reuse is prohibited.
The names iSi, SIMPAS, Chatouille, ilovemy.jobs, Yufi and P4th Academy designate products and services in the Pepper1 ecosystem.
Site forms (contact, challenge, Chatouille trial, P4th Academy) open a conversation. Pepper1 is not obliged to accept a request or deliver a service until an agreement is in place.
Unless stated otherwise, replies are usually sent within two business days.
Pepper1 aims to keep the site up to date, without guaranteeing that it is error-free, uninterrupted or complete.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the judicial district of Namur have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
